Burnout doesn’t just come from your job.
Staying healthy is work. Keeping up with friends is work. Raising a family, keeping the house from falling apart, figuring out what’s for dinner. It all takes something out of you.
And somehow, on top of all that, you’re supposed to find time to work out, sleep eight hours, drink enough water, meditate, call your mother and generally become a better person.
We’ve never had more information, more apps, or more technology supposedly designed to make our lives easier.
And yet... here we are.
So what if we actually used some of this stuff to take things off our plates instead of constantly adding more?
That’s what we’re trying to figure out.
About Lantern
Sleep affects your focus. Work follows you home. How much you have left for the people you love depends on what the day asked of you. None of it happens in isolation.
Lantern is an attempt to see the whole picture, so the next step feels a little more human and a lot less like another thing on your list.
